Canton, GA Deacon Willie Rich answered the master's call Friday, July 10, 2015 at the Canton Nursing Center, Canton, Georgia under the care of Crossroads Hospice. He was a native of Bulloch County, GA and a member of Harmony Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish his memories, three daughters, Sabrena Rich-Ingraham, Betty Holmes and Amesha Hart; five sons, Douglas Rich, Lee Rich, Edward Rich, Pastor Johnny Rich, and Reuben Rich; three sisters, Pinkie Mikell of Statesboro, GA., Lucille Carter of Silver Springs, MD., and Emma Anderson of Texas; three brothers, Jake Rich and Carl Rich of Statesboro, GA., and Jessie Rich of Charlotte, NC; twenty-seven grandchildren, thirty-five great grandchildren, three great great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:30p - 7:30p on Friday, July 17, 2015 in the Ben Samuel Hill Memorial Chapel of Hills Mortuary Inc., located at 58 Packinghouse Road, Statesboro, GA 30458. The funeral service for Deacon Rich will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Harmony Baptist Church with Pastor Johnny Rich as eulogist and Rev. Tony Grubbs, pastor.. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Final rites have been entrusted to Hill's Mortuary, Inc.
