Statesboro, Georgia Ms. Sara L. Scott, age 49, passed into rest, Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at the Eat Georgia Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Statesboro, Georgia and received her early education in the Bulloch County School System. She was a formal employee of Southern Maid Cleaning Services. She is preceded in death by her father, Lee James Scott. She leaves to cherish her memories: her children, Antario J. Scott, Candace S. Johnson (Ryhemee Stanley) and Jamiko L. Scott all of Statesboro, GA; her grandchildren, Ca’ylie Stanley, Royaltie Johnson and Patience Stanley; her mother, Mary Lou Scott (Anthony Roberson); two sisters, Gloria Ann Lovett, Coca Florida and Alice Faye Scott-Morgan (Gregory Morgan), Fayetteville, NC; four brothers, Larry key, Statesboro, GA, Levon Scott (Tasha), Statesboro, GA, Willie Scott (Pearlie) and James Bernard Scott (Angelia) all of Statesboro, GA; her god mother, Elaine Simmons, Statesboro, GA, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A public viewing for Ms. Scott, will be held, Friday June 17, 2022, at Hill’s Mortuary, Inc., from the hours of 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. A Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Sara L. Scott will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday June 18, 2022, at the chapel of Hill’s Mortuary, Inc. with Elder Chris DeLoach, presiding and Pastor Lisa DeLoach, officiating. Final rites have been entrusted to Hill’s Mortuary, Inc.
